Raise a concern
Employees, clients and other parties can use this channel to raise concerns about suspected misconduct involving our firm or its personnel. Examples include concerns about integrity, independence or conflicts of interest; accounting or audit conduct; fraud; misuse of confidential information; harassment or discrimination; and retaliation for raising a concern.
Who to contact
Email either of the contacts below directly. If your concern involves one contact, or you are uncomfortable approaching that person, contact the other. You do not need to copy both recipients.
What to include
- A clear description of the concern and how it relates to CAN Partners LLP.
- Relevant dates, people involved and facts you know first-hand. Distinguish facts from assumptions.
- Whether supporting records are available, and a suitable way to contact you for follow-up.
You can raise a concern even if you do not have all the details. Please report honestly and in good faith.

Please begin with a brief summary. Before sending sensitive client records, identity documents or other confidential material, ask the recipient to arrange a suitable delivery method. If you are concerned about retaliation or a conflict of interest, say so in your initial message.
